Larry’s goal was to improve his health first of all, but he also wanted to improve his performance in the gym. He also wanted to build muscle and lose body fat. Did he? Man O Man he did! In first month alone he put on about 1/4 a inch on every muscle group while getting stronger and lost 3% in body fat! So proud of him!
